Ramiz Raja: “Sajid’s angles make him a constant threat”

Former Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ramiz Raja believes spinner Sajid Khan is a “constant threat” due to the angles at which he bowls.
Sajid has been a dominant force in Test cricket, especially when Pakistan are playing on home soil.
This was evident during the recent two-Test series against the West Indies in Multan, which finished as a 1-1 draw.
Picked for both matches, Sajid claimed 15 wickets, which included a five-for, at an average of 17.
“Sajid’s angles make him a constant threat,” Ramiz said on his YouTube channel as quoted by Cricket Pakistan.
Even though Sajid has shown a lot of potential in the longest format, he has yet to represent the men in green in limited overs cricket.
Due to this, he was not selected for ODI tri-series against New Zealand and South Africa, and the 2025 Champions Trophy.
He also failed to make the cut for Pakistan’s ongoing limited overs tour of New Zealand.
The men in green are currently 3-1 down in the T20I series going into the 5th T20I on March 26 in Wellington.
After the T20Is, Pakistan and New Zealand will play three ODIs, with the first match getting underway on March 29 in Napier.
