Pakistan pace bowler Ihsanullah has confirmed that he is bowling between 127 and 130 kph right now.
The fast bowling sensation rose to prominence during the 2023 Pakistan Super League (PSL) as he regularly surpassed the 150 kph barrier and took plenty of wickets.
However, his career has lately been curbed by an elbow injury and he is now fighting hard to make a full recovery.
Despite his bowling speed being significantly lower than what it used to be, Ihsanullah pointed out that he has not begun strength training yet.
“Currently, I am bowling 127-130 kph without strength training,” the 22-year-old from Matta told Public News as quoted by PakPassion on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The Pakistan team recently played a two-Test series against Bangladesh, which they lost 2-0, before bouncing back to take down England 2-1 in a three-Test series.
Currently, the men in green are involved in a limited overs series against Australia and triumphed 2-1 in the three-match ODI series.
As for the three-match T20I series, Australia hold a 2-0 lead going into the final game in Hobart on November 18.
Following their tour of Australia, Pakistan will travel to Zimbabwe to play three ODIs and three T20Is from November 24 to December 5.
