Pakistan middle order batsman Salman Ali Agha said it is natural for him to “attack the bowlers” regardless of the match situation.

Salman often finds himself batting with tailenders and knows the importance of getting runs on the board before his side are bowled out.

As a result, it is regularly necessary for him to play an aggressive brand of cricket.

“My natural gameplay is to attack the bowlers no matter what is the situation of the match,” he was quoted as saying by journalist Arfa Feroz Zake on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Salman has been in good form for Pakistan lately as he made 120 runs in two Tests against Bangladesh, which included a top score of 54, at an average of 40.

He then proceeded to score 262 runs in the three-Test series against England, which included a century and two fifties, at an average of 65.50.

Pakistan ended up winning 2-1, which gave them their first Test series victory on home soil since 2021.

Pakistan will now tour Australia, where they will play three ODIs and three T20Is from November 4 to 18.

Following this, they will head to Zimbabwe for three ODIs and three T20Is from November 24 to December 5.
