Pakistan left-arm seamer Mohammad Amir lashed out at a spectator during the 2024 Pakistan Super League (PSL) after repeatedly being called a “fixer.”

Less than impressed with what the person had to say, Amir lost his cool and questioned if this is “what you learn at your home.”

“Is this what you learn at your home?” he was quoted as saying by Cricket Pakistan.

Amir was banned for five years for his involvement in a spot-fixing scandal in 2010, but ended up making a return to international cricket before retiring in December 2020.

However, after playing in PSL 9, the 31-year-old from Gujar Khan announced that he would be coming out of retirement and making himself available for Pakistan for the 2024 T20 World Cup in June.

Amir represented the Quetta Gladiators in PSL 9 and took 10 wickets in nine matches at an average of 28.60 and an economy rate of 8.41.
