South Africa opening batsman Reeza Hendricks has admitted that he had a tough time facing Pakistan fast bowler Naseem Shah in the 2024 Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Hendricks represented the Multan Sultans in the competition, while Naseem played for Islamabad United.
The 34-year-old conceded that during his battle against Naseem, there was one point where the 21-year-old was all over him and he struggled to hit the ball at all.
“He bowled really well. It was my first time facing him actually, so there was one over where he was all over me, I couldn’t get my bat to the ball,” he said in a press conference.
