Former Pakistan skipper Moin Khan has made an extremely bold claim, saying that head coach and chief selector Misbah-ul-Haq and bowling coach Waqar Younis never liked Sarfaraz Ahmed.
Moin’s comments come after Sarfaraz was sacked as Pakistan’s Test and T20 captain, with Azhar Ali and Babar Azam replacing him in the longest and shortest formats respectively.

“Misbah and Waqar never liked Sarfaraz. I am shocked that the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) has removed Sarfaraz from captaincy in T20 cricket. He has led Pakistan to 11 consecutive T20 series wins and you can’t remove him due to [a] few poor performances,” he told ARY News.
Moin also feels that the PCB made a huge mistake by appointing Misbah head coach and chief selector as it gives the former captain, who retired from international cricket in 2017, too much power.
“I think making a single person too powerful won’t work for Pakistan’s cricket,” Moin said.

In no position is misbahul haque fit. Where did he proove his worth that he was chosen and handed all the responsibilities. May God save Pak CRI. Mani is also not worth. He is best suited for ICC department work. Waqar younus another useless creature.
How capable is misbah selecting akmal and shehzad for t20s? So unfair to sarfraz, he never had a chance
i think misbah is not a good choice for selector and headcoach and waqar also proves two time before that he is not a good coach why he select again and again ……As a viewer may b i am wrong in my point of view mohsin khan is the best choice for pakistan coach
