Grant Flower has admitted that he will miss the “friendliness” of the Pakistan people, which he said was the best thing about living in the country.
Flower made the admission after it was announced that his contract as Pakistan’s batting coach would not be renewed.
Flower, along with head coach Mickey Arthur, bowling coach Azhar Mahmood and fitness trainer Grant Luden were released from their positions by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
When asked by ESPNcricinfo what he would miss most about living in Pakistan, Flower said: “The friendliness of the people.”
