Bangladesh left-arm seamer Mustafizur Rahman took a five-wicket haul in his side’s 94-run loss to Pakistan at Lord’s on Friday, but has the 23-year-old admitted that his favourite World Cup wicket was that of a Pakistan batsman?
Mustafizur dismissed Imam-ul-Haq, Haris Sohail, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim and Mohammad Amir to claim his second consecutive five-for as he also took one against India.
However, Mustafizur admitted that he didn’t want to reveal whose wicket he enjoyed the most at the World Cup.
“Every wicket is important for me and I don’t want to reveal which wicket is valuable to me,” Mustafizur was quoted as saying by cricfrenzy.com.
Mustafizur is currently the second-highest wicket-taker in the World Cup with 20 wickets in eight matches at an average of 24.20.
