Legendary Pakistan left-arm seamer Wasim Akram believes that the national team will have to be wary of the Indian pace duo of Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah.

Kumar has taken five wickets in two matches at an average of 18.80, while Bumrah has also claimed five wickets but at an average of 19.20.

It should be noted that India’s third match against New Zealand isn’t included in the stats as it was washed out without a single ball being bowled.

“India has depth in their batting, their bowling is also good. Kumar and Bumrah are in good form. So, overall India looks very good side,” Akram told Geo.tv.

India’s World Cup match against Pakistan will be held in Manchester on Sunday.
