Legendary West Indies batsman Sir Viv Richards congratulated Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed after the team’s World Cup win over England on Monday.
Sarfraz scored a 44-ball 55 in the match, which Pakistan won by 14 runs.
Pakistan’s victory over England not only helped them bounce back from their seven-wicket loss to the West Indies, but it also snapped their 11-game losing streak in ODIs.
Well done @SarfarazA_54 & team. What a win against the hosts. Keep up the momentum boys.
