West Indies and Quetta Gladiators all-rounder Dwayne Bravo firmly believes that Pakistan have a “world-class international bowler” in Mohammad Hasnain.
Bravo’s comments come after his Gladiators teammate was named Man of the Match for taking figures of 3-30 off his four overs to lead the team to an eight-wicket victory in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) final against the Peshawar Zalmi.
Hasnain finished the tournament with 12 wickets in seven matches at an average of 17.58.
As a result of his performance and the fact that he can bowl at speeds of 150km/h on a consistent basis, the 18-year-old was selected in Pakistan’s squad for the upcoming five-match ODI series against Australia.
“In Mohammad Hasnain, Pakistan has a world-class international bowler. He was the difference in the game today,” Bravo was quoted as saying by Saj Sadiq on Twitter.
Hasnain will no doubt be looking to maintain his red-hot form with the ball in the ODI series against Australia, which begins on March 22 in Sharjah.
