South African batsman Rilee Rossouw has admitted that he has been highly impressed with the security measures in Pakistan for the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Security has always been highlighted as the main aspect why many international teams still won’t go to Pakistan to play international matches.
However, as one of the foreign players who agreed to play in the Pakistan leg of the PSL, which is being held in Karachi, Rossouw conceded that “the security is fantastic and top-notch”.
“I think the security is fantastic and top-notch,” Rossouw, who is playing for the Quetta Gladiators and has scored 245 runs in 10 matches at an average of 30.62, was quoted as saying by The News International. “I think Pakistan cricket has definitely improved during the last five or six years. It has been fantastic. It’s a very strong competition.”
