Quetta Gladiators all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has admitted that he has been highly impressed with teammate Mohammad Hasnain in the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Hasnain has played four matches thus far and taken five wickets at an average of 23.
Bravo admitted that he was excited to see Hasnain, who has been picked for the upcoming ODI series against Australia, bowling at speeds between 140 and 150km/h.
“It’s good to see a young fast bowler bowling at such a speed,” he was quoted as saying by the PSL’s website. “Pakistan have always produced some of the best fast bowlers in the world and it’s nice to see him. He is young and fast and it is a joy to see him from mid-off and mid-on. I will definitely spend some time with him.
“The HBL PSL is a tournament for the young generation of players in Pakistan and it’s great to see a domestic tournament where you see such talented players. Quetta has given him (Hasnain) an opportunity and he has grabbed it with both hands.”
