Duanne Olivier and Kagiso Rabada took three wickets each as South Africa crushed Pakistan by 107 runs in Johannesburg and whitewashed them 3-0.

Starting off the day on 153/3, Pakistan only added nine runs to their overnight score before Babar Azam was caught behind off the bowling of Olivier for 21.

Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed was on his way back to the pavilion the very next ball as he was clean bowled by Olivier for a golden duck.

Asad Shafiq, who finished on 48 at the end of the third day, managed to make 65, which came off 71 balls and included 11 boundaries, before he was caught by Dean Elgar at second slip off the bowling of Vernon Philander.

Rabada then took out Faheem Ashraf, Mohammad Amir and Hasan Ali in quick succession to leave Pakistan reeling at 242/9.

Even though Shadab Khan scored an unbeaten 47, which came off 66 deliveries and included seven boundaries, Pakistan ended up being bowled out for 273 when Mohammad Abbas was run out for nine runs.

Olivier and Rabada picked up three wickets apiece, while Dale Steyn snapped up two and Philander claimed one.

South Africa wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock was named Man of the Match for his knock of 129 in the second innings.

Olivier was given the Man of the Series award for taking 24 wickets at an average of 14.70.
