Mohammad Abbas firmly believes that Pakistan will come out on top when they go head to head with India in the Asia Cup on September 19.
Pakistan and India could play each other up to three times during the tournament, and while many fans will have their own opinions on who will triumph, Abbas is backing the men in green to beat their arch-rivals.
“India-Pakistan games are special occasions and of course I am very excited about their encounters in the Asia Cup,” the 28-year-old pace bowler told PakPassion. “It is only natural for me to hope for a Pakistan victory. I do wish my countrymen the best of luck for their matches against India and hope they win the Asia Cup.”
