Pakistan pace bowler Rumman Raees has started bowling again as he continues to near his international comeback.

Raees sustained a knee injury while representing Islamabad United in the recent edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and has been out of action ever since.

However, he took to Twitter to provide an update on his recovery.

“Can’t wait to bowl with full rhythm feeling good day by day,” he said on Twitter.

A few days later, he posted another video and said: “Bowling with eight steps Allhumdulillah! Thanks Mohammad Hanif Malik and Wajahat Thanvi for helping me in the late night training.”

The 26-year-old has represented Pakistan in nine ODIs and eight Twenty20 Internationals thus far, taking 14 wickets at an average of 33.14 and eight wickets at an average of 27.50 respectively.
