Brian Vitori is permitted to bowl in international matches again

Zimbabwe left-arm seamer Brian Vitori has been cleared to bowl in international cricket after his bowling action was deemed legal.

Vitori was reported for a suspect action after a Twenty20 International between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh in Khulna in January 2016.

He subsequently had his action tested in Chennai, but the amount of flex for every one of his deliveries was over the limit of 15 degrees. As a result, he was suspended from bowling in February.

However, after undergoing remedial work and having his action re-tested, he has now been given the green light to bowl in international matches again.
