Bangladesh left Australia in shambles on the first day of the first Test in Mirpur after they were bowled out for 260.
Shakib Al Hasan and Tamim Iqbal starred with the bat for Bangladesh as they made 84 and 71 respectively.
However, Australia spinner Nathan Lyon enjoyed a lot of success with the ball and brought up two major milestones along the way.
Opting to bat first, Bangladesh were dealt a big blow on the 11th ball of the match as opener Soumya Sarkar was caught by Peter Handscomb at gully off the bowling of Pat Cummins for eight runs.
Cummins struck again in his next over as he had Imrul Kayes caught behind for a six-ball duck.
The very next ball, Sabbir Rahman was on his way back to the pavilion for a golden duck as he suffered the same fate as Kayes.
With Bangladesh reeling at 10/3, Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan stemmed the bleeding with a 155-run partnership, during which both batsmen surpassed their half-centuries.

Australia used all their main bowlers to try and get the breakthrough, but they kept on coming up empty.
In the end, it was part-time off-spinner Glenn Maxwell who got the job done as Iqbal was caught by David Warner at backward point off his bowling for 71, which came off 144 balls and included five boundaries and three sixes.
Shakib went on to make 84 off 133 deliveries, which included 11 boundaries, before he was caught by Steve Smith at slip off the bowling of Nathan Lyon.

Bangladesh’s downward slide continued when wicketkeeper Mushfiqur Rahim, who made 18, was given out lbw off the bowling of Ashton Agar, who is back in the Test side for the first time since the 2013 Ashes series.
Six overs later, the heavens parted and play was suspended for 35 minutes.
Nasir Hossain and Mehedy Hasan Miraz managed to put together a 42-run partnership before Mehidy was caught by Handscomb at short leg off the bowling of Lyon for 18.
With the dismissal of Mehidy, Lyon surpassed Richie Benaud’s tally of 248 wickets, which put him in second place for the most wickets taken by an Australian spinner in Test cricket.
Lyon then went on to claim his 250th wicket in Test cricket when he trapped Taijul Islam lbw for four runs.

Bangladesh ended up being bowled out for 260 when Shafiul Islam was caught by Josh Hazlewood at mid-on off the bowling of Agar for 13.
Cummins, Lyon and Agar picked up three wickets apiece, while Maxwell chipped in with one.
Trailing by 260 runs, Australia got off to a disastrous start as Mehidy got rid of Warner for eight runs before Usman Khawaja was run out by Rahim.
Five balls later, Lyon, who was sent in as the nightwatchman, was given out lbw off the bowling of Shakib for a duck.
Matt Renshaw and Australia skipper Steve Smith survived the last two overs of the day and accumulated an unbeaten four-run partnership before stumps was called.
Renshaw struck a boundary during his unbeaten knock of five, while Smith remained undefeated on three.
Mehidy and Shakib took one wicket each.
Australia ended day one on 18/3 and will continue batting on Monday at 10:00 local time or 04:00 GMT.
