A third individual has been arrested in connection with the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) match-fixing investigation.
The National Crime Agency (NCA) arrested a British man in his 30s in Sheffield on Thursday morning. The man has since been released on bail.
The arrest comes after the NCA took Pakistan opener Nasir Jamshed and another individual into custody on February 13. Both have also been released on bail until April.
The NCA has been working closely with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and International Cricket Council (ICC).
The PCB have also launched their own investigation and have thus far charged batsmen Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif, both of whom play for Islamabad United, a PSL franchise.
