Zimbabwe left-arm pace bowler Brian Vitori was reported for a suspect action after the third Twenty20 International against Bangladesh on Wednesday.

Vitori will have to get his action tested at an ICC-accredited centre within 14 days, but will still be eligible to bowl until his test results are released.

The ICC confirmed that Zimbabwe’s team management had been given the match officials’ report after their 31-run win.

Meanwhile, the ICC has cleared Netherlands pace bowler Ahsan Malik to bowl again after he underwent remedial work on his bowling action and had it retested.

“Since being reported in July during last year’s ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier, Ahsan had remodeled his bowling action prior to applying to have his action re-tested,” the ICC said. “The result shows that the level of elbow extension measured for all deliveries bowled was now within the 15-degree level of tolerance permitted under the ICC regulations.”
