Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi has become the leading wicket-taker in Twenty20 Internationals after taking three wickets in the second Twenty20 International against England on Friday.

Afridi, who surpassed compatriot Saeed Ajmal, dismissed Alex Hales, Jason Roy and James Vince. He also blasted 24 runs off eight balls, but Pakistan still lost the match by three runs.

The 35-year-old has now taken 86 wickets from 86 matches at an average of 24.01.
