A persistent drizzle continued to fall in Bangalore, leading to the third day of the second Test between India and South Africa being called off at 11:30am.

For the second consecutive day, not a single delivery was bowled, which puts South Africa one step closer to salvaging the second Test after a disappointing first day saw them be bowled out for 214.

In regards to India, it was another infuriating day as they were unable to build on their score of 80/0 at the end of the first day.

To make things worse, the fourth day is also likely to be abandoned as more wet weather is scheduled on Tuesday.

India ended day two on 80/0 and will hopefully resume batting tomorrow at 09:15 local time or 03:45 GMT.
