The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have asked the International Cricket Council (ICC) to postpone all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez’s official bowling test.

Hafeez, who has been banned from bowling since December 2014, is currently nursing a foot injury. It is due to this that the PCB want to change Hafeez’s official bowling test date from February 6 to sometime after February 10.

However, due to the delay in getting his action retested, Hafeez may not be able to bowl during Pakistan’s World Cup opener against India on February 15.

Hafeez will now fly to Brisbane when the ICC provide a new date for his action to be retested.
