The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have announced that they want 50 per cent of the series revenue if they agree to tour Bangladesh in April-May this year.
The board also wants to exchange Under-19 and A team tours.
It is understood that Pakistan will agree to tour Bangladesh only if the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) agrees to these conditions.
Pakistan also want the BCB to sign an agreement, which will be legally binding.
Executives from the PCB and BCB will meet on the sidelines of the International Cricket Council (ICC) meeting in the United Arab Emirates.
