Lahore Lions off-spinner Adnan Rasool has been reported for having a suspicious bowling action after his team’s four-wicket loss to the Kolkata Knight Riders in Hyderbad on Sunday.

Rasool was reported by on-field umpires Kumar Dharmasena and Chettithody Shamshuddin, and third umpire Anil Chaudhary.

Rasool has been placed on a warning list, but will be allowed to continue bowling for the time being.

However, according to the CLT20 Suspected Illegal Bowling Action rules and regulations, if Rasool receives a report while he is still on the warning list, he will banned from bowling for the remainder of the Champions League Twenty20 (CLT20) and all other matches organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

Under the CLT20 guidelines, Rasool is allowed to have his action tested by the BCCI’s suspect bowling action committee.
