Demand for places at Kirsten’s coaching academies in Cape Town and Durban continues to increase

Former South Africa head coach Gary Kirsten has launched his own travel company following the huge demand for places at his coaching academies in Cape Town and Durban.

Kirsten’s travel company, which is called Gary Kirsten Travel & Tours will work in collaboration with Cape Africa Tours.

“The idea was conceived to start a Travel and Tours division to offer individuals and teams a complete travel package,” a media release said.

The release added that Kirsten’s academy has become really popular in India. This is because he was India’s head coach when they won the 2011 World Cup.

“We are excited about affording local players the opportunity to compete against talented international players and of course, having the opportunity to showcase South Africa’s facilities and cricket talent to the rest of the world,” the release said.
