Samson has been earmarked to represent India for a while now

India have included uncapped pace bowler Dhawal Kulkarni, wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson and spinner Karn Sharma in their squad for the five-match ODI series against England, which gets underway on August 25.
This is Samson and Sharma’s first international call-up, while Kulkarni was included in India’s Test squad for their tour of New Zealand in 2009, but failed to make a single appearance.
He also failed to play a single match in the ODI series against the West Indies last year due to an injury.
