England have retained the same squad for the fourth Test against India at Old Trafford, which gets underway on August 7.

England levelled the series at 1-1 following their impressive 266-run win at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton.

However, pace bowler James Anderson, who was named Man of the Match in the third Test, may not play the fourth Test as he could be banned for getting into an altercation with India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja.

Anderson had a hearing today and his participation in the match will depend on the outcome.

England squad: Alastair Cook (Capt), Moeen Ali, James Anderson, Gary Ballance, Ian Bell, Stuart Broad, Jos Buttler (wkt), Chris Jordan, Liam Plunkett, Sam Robson, Joe Root, Ben Stokes, Chris Woakes
