New Zealand batsman Kane Williamson, who is also a part-time off-spinner, has been reported for a suspicious bowling action following the second Test against the West Indies in Trinidad.
Williamson was reported by umpires Ian Gould, Richard Illingworth and Rod Tucker and match referee Chris Broad.
Williamson will have to get his action tested within the next 21 days, according to the rules of the International Cricket Council (ICC).
“The umpires’ report cited concerns over a number of deliveries that they considered to be suspect and believed that his action needed to be tested,” an ICC press release said.
