“I reckon our team is still pretty good”

Australia Twenty20 captain George Bailey has insisted that he is fit to lead the national team during the fourth ODI in Perth tomorrow after he sustained a hip injury.

Bailey has been chosen to captain Australia during tomorrow’s match as regular skipper Michael Clarke has been rested, along with wicketkeeper Brad Haddin and opening batsman David Warner.

“It probably is their best chance of victory,” Bailey said. “But having said that, I reckon our team is still pretty good. I’m not that fussed about what England think or how they’re going.

“It’s been a hell of a summer and we won’t be coming in nonchalant or complacent about what’s ahead of us.”
