Bravo returned home due to personal reasons

West Indies batsman Darren Bravo has been ruled out for the remainder of the national team’s tour of New Zealand after returning home due to personal reasons.

The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) revealed that Bravo had flown back to Trinidad from Auckland today.

Bravo was the West Indies’ top-scorer in the recently concluded two-Test series with 262 runs at a brilliant average of 65.50.

However, he failed to have much of an impact in the first ODI in Auckland as he only scored 12 runs before being dismissed.

According to the WICB, no one will fly to New Zealand to replace Bravo.
