The Mumbai Cricket Association have named their new ground the Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana
Legendary India batsman Sachin Tendulkar will have his photo printed on all the tickets for his 200th and final Test against the West Indies in his hometown of Mumbai next month.
According to the Mumbai Cricket Association, Tendulkar’s photo will be on either side of the ticket.
The Mumbai Cricket Association also plan to produce a booklet which will highlight Tendulkar’s accomplishments throughout his illustrious 24-year career.
It is understood that Tendulkar will be given 500 tickets in order to invite all his family members and friends for his last Test in an India jersey.
The Mumbai Cricket Association also announced that they will be naming their new ground in Kandivli after the ‘Little Master’.
According to reports, the Mumbai Cricket Association ground in Mahavir Nagar, Kandivli will be named as the Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana.
Tendulkar will officially open the ground at a ceremony on November 11.
