Pakistan T20I captain Salman Ali Agha has lauded Babar Azam for his humble attitude and willingness to listen to feedback, saying the top order batsman is “a good listener” who even welcomes advice from younger teammates.
Salman explained that if Azam finds the suggestions he receives useful, he will apply it to his game.
The 31‑year‑old right‑hander is currently working his way back into form after a challenging period in which runs were hard to come by. His recent performances, however, suggest a return to consistency and Pakistan will be hoping his momentum continues across all formats in the months ahead.
“The best thing about Babar Azam is that he’s a good listener. Even if a junior comes and says something, he listens and, if he finds it good, he applies it,” Salman was quoted as saying on X, formerly known as Twitter.

As for Azam, he has amassed 91 runs in six games at an average of 22.75 and a strike-rate of 112.34.
