Pakistan T20I captain and middle order batsman Salman Ali Agha believes the men in green are good enough to “beat any side in the world.”
Pakistan’s results in the shortest format have not been up to par, especially in major tournaments, where they have endured disappointing results.
Lately, though, their results have taken a more positive turn as they beat South Africa 2-1 in a T20I series before winning a T20I tri-series that also included Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe.
Buoyed by their recent victories, Salman knows his side are more than capable of toppling any team they go up against.
“I have a team that can beat any side in the world,” he was quoted as saying by journalist Farid Khan on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Pakistan have another T20I assignment coming up as they will visit Sri Lanka for three matches in Dambulla from January 7 to 11.
