Pakistan spinner Sajid Khan has admitted that he thinks India icon MS Dhoni is the “best captain”.

Explaining why, he noted that Dhoni is “very cool, calm, and successful”.

Dhoni achieved great things with the Indian team during his tenure as captain, including winning the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup.

“The best captain is MS Dhoni. He is a very cool, calm, and successful captain,” Sajid was quoted as saying by Cricket Pakistan.

Sajid recently represented Pakistan in their three-Test series against England and dominated with the ball, taking 19 wickets in two games at an average of 21.10.

Thanks to his extraordinary bowling, the men in green claimed a 2-1 win, which was their first Test series victory at home since 2021.

After this, Pakistan faced Australia in a limited overs series and had mixed results as they won the ODIs 2-1, but lost the T20Is 3-0.

Currently, they are taking on Zimbabwe in a three-match ODI series and find themselves 1-0 down after losing the first game by 80 runs vias the DLS method.

Following the ODIs, the two teams will play three T20Is, with the first match scheduled to begin on December 1 in Bulawayo.
