Zimbabwe all-rounder Sikandar Raza has admitted that he would have loved to see legendary Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar “in full flow”, but admitted that he would never want to face the Rawalpindi Express.
Akhtar holds the reputation as one of the scariest bowlers to ever play the sport as he had lethal bouncers and toe-crushing yorkers in his arsenal.
Additionally, the 49-year-old bowled with scorching pace and still has the record for the fastest ball ever bowled in international cricket, which was clocked at 161.3 kph (100.2 mph).
“I wished to be in Shoaib Akhtar’s team and see him in full flow, never to have faced him though,” Raza told PakPassion.

The two Tests will be held in Rawalpindi and Karachi, with the series starting on August 21 and concluding on September 3.
