Sunil Gavaskar: “We have all known about what Rizwan can do”

Legendary India batsman Sunil Gavaskar said everyone knows what Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan is capable of doing.
Rizwan has been Pakistan’s second-most consistent run-scorer behind captain Babar Azam over the past couple of years.
In the 2024 T20 World Cup, he was Pakistan’s second-highest run-scorer with 110 runs in four games, which included a top score of 53 not out, at an average of 36.66 and a strike-rate of 90.90.
“We have all known about what Rizwan can do,” Gavaskar told Star Sports as quoted by Cricket Pakistan.
Pakistan lost to the United States of America and India in the T20 World Cup before rebounding to beat Canada and Ireland.
Despite winning their last two group stage games, the men in green were unable to make it through to the Super Eights.
