Shaheen Shah Afridi: “Zaman Khan and all the youngsters are talented”

Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen Shah Afridi has heaped praise on fellow Pakistan fast bowler Zaman Khan, saying he has plenty of talent.
Zaman is one of the up-and-coming pace prospects in Pakistan and is known for his deadly accurate yorkers, which have got many of the world’s top batsmen out.
Given how much promise the 22-year-old has shown, Afridi expects him to play a pivotal role for the Qalandars in the ongoing 2024 Pakistan Super League (PSL).
“Zaman Khan and all the youngsters are talented,” he was quoted as saying by Cricket Pakistan.
So far, Zaman has claimed six wickets in six matches in PSL 9 at an average of 38 and an economy rate of 10.28.
As for Afridi, he has snapped up nine wickets in six games at an average of 22.22 and an economy rate of 8.33.
