Former Pakistan batting coach Grant Flower firmly believes that Haris Sohail is extremely underrated when it comes to his abilities and importance as a batsman.
This was evident during the World Cup, where Haris, who mostly featured towards the end of Pakistan’s campaign, accumulated 198 runs in five matches, which included two fifties, at an average of 39.60.
Given how well Haris played at the World Cup, Flower feels that people have yet to see the best of him.
“I think Haris Sohail is probably an underachiever – I think a lot of people haven’t seen the best of him yet,” he told ESPNcricinfo.
