Jayantha Dharmadasa has been named president of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC)

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) president Jayantha Dharmadasa has been named president of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC).

Dharmadasa replaces exiled Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president Narayanaswami Srinivasan and will be in charge of the ACC  for the next two years.

This is not the first time Dharmadasa has been in charge of the ACC as he held the same position in 2006 as well.
