Legendary batsman Javed Miandad has slammed the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for appointing Wahab Riaz as chief selector, saying how much cricket has the former left-arm seamer played.
Haroon Rasheed: “As far as Sarfaraz Ahmed is concerned, he has given outstanding performance in Test cricket, there is no doubt about it, and that’s why you see him in the Test squad”

Haroon Rasheed, the former Pakistan chief selector, said it is “a very good sign” that batsman Omair Bin Yousuf has started to emerge as a superbly talented cricketer over the past year.
Haroon Rasheed: “Shaheen has been unfit for the last one-and-a-half years, so when a player comes back from injury, he needs more cricket in terms of active cricket, not nets. In nets, you can come and simply bowl. However, match fitness is different”
