Mohammad Hafeez: “Good strong base, eye on the ball, good swing and follow through, body momentum”

Pakistan power-hitter Mohammad Hafeez has provided some tips and advice on how to hit big sixes.
Hafeez was asked the question by a fan on Twitter and revealed some of the technical aspects to striking the ball cleanly and clearing the rope.

“Upgrading your skills are important so I do work hard to update myself accordingly. White-ball cricket needs power-hitting ability in modern cricket so I worked hard on it everyday. Surely, golf swing helped. Good strong base, eye on the ball, good swing and follow through, body momentum,” he said.
Hafeez recently accumulated 140 runs in the three-match T20 series against New Zealand, which included a career-best score of 99 not out, at an average of 70 and a strike-rate of 160.91.
He also ended 2020 as the highest run-scorer in T20 Internationals with 415 runs in 10 games, which includes four fifties, at an average of 83 and a strike-rate of 152.57.
