Ehsan Mani: “It will be unfair to comment on it before the completion of the cricket committee’s recommendations”

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ehsan Mani has refused to reveal whether Sarfraz Ahmed wants to continue captaining the national team.

There has been a lot of speculation revolving around Sarfraz’s future following Pakistan’s failure to qualify for the World Cup semi-finals.

Rumours indicate that he will be stripped of the captaincy entirely or lead Pakistan in fewer formats.

Speaking about Sarfraz, Mani told Dawn: “It will be unfair to comment on it before the completion of the cricket committee’s recommendations.”
