Former Pakistan pace bowler Jalaluddin believes that the national team were guilty of being selfish during the recent ODI series against Australia in the United Arab Emirates.

Jalaluddin made the comments after the national team were whitewashed 5-0.

The 59-year-old pointed out that the men in green could have won the first two ODIs had players been looking to up their strike rates rather than focusing on padding their own stats.

“The Pakistan batsmen could have scored more than 280 in the first two games if they improved their strike rate, rather than focusing on their personal milestones,” he told cricketpakistan.com.pk.
