Hasin Jahan: Mohammed Shami “abused me and started beating me after returning from South Africa”

India pace bowler Mohammed Shami’s wife has accused him of abusing her and having extramarital affairs with numerous women.

Hasin Jahan made the shocking revelations while speaking to ABP News. She also shared a number of screenshots on Facebook in an attempt to prove her claims about Shami having extramarital affairs with a number of women.

Jahan said she became increasingly suspicious after she found a phone and male contraceptives in Shami’s BMW.

However, Jahan pointed out that what she posted on Facebook was “just the tip of the iceberg”.

“Whatever I have posted is just the tip of the iceberg. Shami’s acts are far more heinous. I couldn’t finish reading his chats for an entire night. He has relationships with multiple women in India as well as abroad,” she told ABP News as quoted by CricTracker.

In a startling and chilling claim, she then said that Shami’s mother and brother had tortured her and even had plans to kill her.

“Everyone in their family used to torture me,” she said. “His mother and brother used to abuse me. The torture continued till 2-3 am in the morning. They even wanted to kill me.”

She also alleged that Shami began abusing her after he returned from South Africa. Jahan made it clear that she has had enough and plans to take legal action against Shami.

“Shami abused me and started beating me after returning from South Africa,” she said. “He has been doing this for quite some time now and now I have had enough.

“I tried to convince myself for the sake of my family and daughter but he kept on harassing me and when I found those obscene chats with multiple women, all hell broke [loose]. I cannot tolerate this anymore and I have decided to take legal action with all the available evidence.”
