Bangladesh have included the uncapped trio of Shuvagata Hom, Abu Hider and Nurul Hasan in their Twenty20 squad for the first two matches of their four-match series against Zimbabwe.
All-rounder Shakib Al Hasan returns to the side after taking paternity leave, while batsman Soumya Sarkar is also back after recovering from a side strain.
However, there was no place in the side for Liton Das, Nasir Hossain, Jubair Hossain, Anamul Haque and Kamrul Islam Rabbi.
The four-match Twenty20 series between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe gets underway on January 15 in Khulna.
