Former New Zealand batsman Lou Vincent is set to be charged with match-fixing offences under the anti-corruption code of the Champions League Twenty20 (CLT20) tournament.

The charges have been jointly brought forth by India, South Africa and Australia.

According to sources, the charges relate to Vincent’s representation of the Auckland Aces in the 2011 tournament, which was held in India, and the 2012 edition of the CLT20, which was hosted by South Africa.

Vincent took part in all of Auckland’s matches during the 2011 and 2012 tournament.

The charges, which are reportedly being prepared by Cricket Australia’s general manager of legal and business affairs and Champions League technical director Dean Kino, will be brought forth next month, most likely after the conclusion of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament.

These charges come after the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) charged Vincent with 14 different offences.
