West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has been ruled out from playing in the Champions League Twenty20 (CLT20) after sustaining a thigh strain during the International Cricket Council (ICC) World Twenty20.

Bravo, who was supposed to represent the Chennai Super Kings in the CLT20, has been replaced by Sri Lanka pace bowler Nuwan Kulasekara.

The Super Kings also lost batsman Srikkanth Anirudha, who will be out of action for about six weeks, after he fractured his right clavicle during the Challenger Trophy in Rajkot.

Anirudha has been replaced by left-arm spin bowler Shadab Jakati.
